Making use of the remainder of the radish from the Radish Top Pesto, this salad is crisp, summery and a great side dish to grilled chicken, pork or Halloumi.
We used a flavored salt with this dish to give it a different flavor dimension. The salt used was Flor De Sal D’es Tranc Orange, flavored with orange zest. We are trying to find a supplier to sell it in our store, so in the meantime, we suggest trying a flavored salt of your choosing.
- 3 bunches radishes
- 2oz/60ml EVOO
- salt (flavored preferably)
- pepper, freshly ground
Remove tops of radishes and set aside to be used in Radish Top Pesto.
Remove root end and dispose of or compost.
Wash and slice radishes.
Place in serving bowl.
Blend with EVOO, salt and pepper.
